Service Description

Sports performance nutrition programmes include; Personalised meal plans linked to your training plans to ensure that your daily nutritional intake both matches your training and the lead up to race day, making sure that you are fuelled correctly at all times to achieve optimum performance, throughout your training block and most importantly on the day of your event. You will also receive, regular monitoring and review of your progress and direct access to a qualified Nutritionist to answer questions around sports nutrition. In addition you will have access to an online "Performance hub" where you will see Cooking Videos, New recipes, Educational Nutrition documents and opportunity chat with other clients with similar goals. This Service is based on a 12- week plan, for which we can offer Instalments, however we can also provide personalised support over a shorter period of time or Monthly basis, if preferred.
