You will be given access to "Exhale" an online platform where you can view your weekly training programme, upload your training sessions and share feedback with your coach
One to one training and improvement sessions can be arranged dependent on location
Fees for coaching services are payable monthly and the price varies dependent on what elements of our services you want including into your coaching plan
