Our Services

We offer a variety of different services designed around, weight loss, sports nutrition, specialist dietery plans as listed below, however if there is a nutritional service or support that you require that you can't see listed then please contact us directly.

 All of our services can be booked online, simply click the "Book Now" button and select an appointment date and time that suits you.

Occasionally we can offer alternative appointment times to those shown as available, if you are struggling to find an appointment time that suits you, please message us directly via the contact us page.

All standard consultations are held at our Consulting room in Staffordshire, however, we can travel to clients outside of the Staffordshire area at a surcharge, alternatively, our consultations have proved to be just as successful via Skype or telephone if you find that is more convenient.

The personal consultation, is a one to one discussion around your current diet and lifestyle, your goals and objectives, along with health & body measurements to ascertain what personal nutritional support is required and what is the best fit for you.

 Consultations last up to 2 hours and are all followed up with a Full written report, nutritional recommendations and sample meal plans.

The personal consultation can be conducted either face to face, over the phone or via Skype, depending on your location.

 

Sports performance consultations are designed for sportsmen / women looking to improve training and  sports performance through improved  and specific nutrition targeted to improve performance.   

The consultation is a one to one discussion around your general current diet and lifestyle, current sports nutrition, training regime your sporting goals and objectives. Health & body measurements are also taken to ascertain what personal nutritional support is required for you to train better, perform better and achieve your sporting goals / targets.

 Consultations last up to 2 hours and are all followed up with a Full written report, recommendations and sample meal plans.

The personal consultation can be conducted either face to face, over the phone or via Skype, depending on your location.

Follow up phone consultations are designed for clients who don't take up a personalised weight loss or sports performance plan and work alone using the sample plans, recommendations and advise given in the Initial 2hour consultation.

These follow up calls are designed to monitor your results, support your journey and provide support and motivation to achieve results.

This is the premium service that includes; Personal Consultation, Personalised meal plans /shopping lists, 12 weeks of monitoring and review of your progress and direct access to a qualified Nutritionist to answer any questions and give advice and support to keep you on plan.

In addition you will have access to an online "Client hub" where you will see Cooking Videos, New recipes, Educational Nutrition documents and chat with other clients with similar goals, sharing successes and tips etc.

.This service relies on the client being truthful, committed and logging consistent food  diaries.

We can offer this plan on instalments.

Sports performance nutrition programmes include; Personalised meal plans linked to your training plans to ensure that your daily nutritional intake both matches your training and the lead up to race day, making sure that you are fuelled correctly at all times to achieve optimum performance, throughout your training block and most importantly on the day of your event.

You will also receive, regular monitoring and review of your progress and direct access to a qualified Nutritionist to answer questions around sports nutrition.

In addition you will have access to an online "Performance hub" where you will see Cooking Videos, New recipes, Educational Nutrition documents and opportunity chat with other clients with similar goals.

This Service is based on a 12- week plan, for which we can offer Instalments, however we can also provide personalised support over a shorter period of time or Monthly basis, if preferred.
