Premium service which includes initial consultation, body measurements, health marker check, personalised food plans, shopping list and access to a qualified nutritionist to answer questions and give you advise, support and guidance. In addition you will have access to an online Client Hub, where you will see cooking videos, access recipes and nutritional studies and chat with other clients with similar goals, sharing successes and tips.
You will be required to do a weekly online check in to give you accountability on your weight loss journey.
Clients are invited to attend a 4 weekly 30 min consultation consisting of measurements and support.
